Anne Bonaparte, President and CEO
Anne Bonaparte has a passion for growing and building market leading businesses. She is an experienced and dynamic leader who was most recently the president and CEO of Solidcore Systems, where she doubled revenues year-over-year, building Solidcore into the leading application whitelisting and IT policy compliance solution provider until its acquisition by McAfee.
Previously, Anne was president and CEO of two leading security software companies, Tablus and MailFrontier, which she grew from early revenue to market leadership positions. In addition, Anne has led global multi-channel teams at VeriSign, Autodesk, Bain and Hewlett-Packard, and was founder of Buzzsaw, the leading SaaS provider of design collaboration and project management applications for the architecture, engineering and construction industries.
Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard University.
Oswald D’sa, CIO
Oswald has over 24 yrs of technology experience in wide variety of enterprises along with a passion for building scalable internet SaaS technology and business intelligence systems.
He started his career developing turn-key technology solutions, worked on various consulting assignments at premier organizations like Syntex/Roche Bioscience, Cadence Design Systems and helped build the early version of e-Commerce infrastructure for Symantec. Following that, he helped shape the technology strategy of several early to mid-stage startups including Obongo, Claria, Bloosky Interactive and VerticalResponse in senior leadership roles. Oswald brings extensive expertise in SaaS technology, online advertising and business intelligence systems to help expand Xora’s capabilities & growth.
Oswald earned B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (India) and has a M.S. in Software Engineering from National Center for Software Technology (India).
Rodney Dabagian, CFO
As CFO, Rodney is responsible for overseeing Xora’s global financial initiatives as the company moves to the next level of growth.
Prior to Xora, Rodney served as CFO and VP of Operations at Enkata Technologies, a leading provider of on-demand performance and talent management solutions for customer operations. He has also held the position of CFO at Oblix, Inc, a software developer of security software which was acquired by Oracle, and at Vivace Networks, a multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) switch developer for the telecommunications industry that was acquired by Tellabs, Inc. Rodney also served as Vice President of Finance for Clarify, a leader in the customer relationship management (CRM) software industry, where he helped steer the company toward strong financial results and an acquisition by Nortel Networks for nearly $4B. Prior to Clarify, he was the corporate controller of Onstream Networks, a manufacturer of wide area network (WAN) access devices that was acquired by 3Com. In addition, Rodney served on the board of a private hand-held communications device company, and on the finance committee for a U.S. Senate re-election campaign.
Rodney holds a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University, and a Masters of International Management (M.I.M) from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Patricia Harper, Vice President of Marketing
Patty brings more than 20 years of marketing and product management experience to Xora. Throughout her career, she has led the launch and product management activities of more than three dozen software, information, and cloud-hosted products and services.
Most recently, Patty spent six years as an independent consultant with long-term contracts with leading companies including Autodesk and Intuit. Previously, she served as Director of Products & Services Marketing for Neoforma, a leading provider of supply chain management services to the health care industry. At Buzzsaw, she served as Director of Small Business Sales and Marketing and at Autodesk, as Senior Product Manager for Collaboration Products.
Patty has a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has completed Executive Education Programs at the Cranfield School of Management in Cranfield, England and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Howard Latham, Vice President of Sales & Customer Success
An 18-year veteran of IBM who also has held leadership positions at emerging growth software companies, Howard is responsible for all aspects of the Xora customer experience – from sales through customer engagement, retention and growth. This includes channel management, sales, on-boarding, training, customer support, account management and enhanced solution support.
Howard joined Xora from API Outsourcing, a cloud-based finance and accounting outsourcing solution leader, where he was Executive Vice President. Previously, he was President and CEO of VISTAinfo, a NASDAQ-traded information provider for the real estate industry, and Vice President and General Manager of Moore Data Management Services.
Howard began his career at IBM, where he held sales, service and operational leadership roles, crossing several continents, most recently with the company’s Education and Training business. He has managed projects and operations in several U.S. cities, several cities in India and Minsk, Belarus. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics.
Tom Miltonberger, Vice President of Products and Engineering
Tom Miltonberger is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several companies, and has extensive experience developing software for handheld communicators, cloud-based applications and services for integrating location data into web applications.
Prior to joining Xora, Tom spent more than 20 years in executive and technology leadership positions. He was co-founder and CEO of Guardian Analytics, a leader in patent-pending online banking security solutions. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Products at Quova, where he led the development of groundbreaking IP geolocation products and services.
A frequent invited speaker at industry events, Tom is a recognized expert in using IP information for online fraud prevention, network security and regulatory compliance. Tom also has held executive and leadership positions at Backflip, Decisive Technology, General Magic and Advanced Decision Systems. At Advanced Decision Systems, he spent nine years developing advanced AI algorithms and decision support systems. He received BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Illinois.
