Human Resources Manager (Support)

Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA (HR)

Job Requirements :

Implementing management vision of growth of team members, charting out the process, tracking and carrying out mid course correction where required.

Performance evaluation and process implementation.
Motivational programs; conceptualizing and implementation.
Conflict resolution between peers, between peers and leaders, between leaders and managers.
Candidate will be responsible for all HR functions like, compensation, benefits and leave entitlements.
