Technical Support Representative

Location: Bangalore, India
Position Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-2 years

We deliver the industry standard location-based mobile workforce management solutions that allow our customers to realize improved productivity, reduce the cost of field operations and provide world-class customer service.

To be a part of the technical support team for Xora’s hosted applications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Be responsible for total customer satisfaction and maintaining client.
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services to the client base.
Exhibit coordination& cross-team interactions (with Sales, Marketing and Development teams) to ensure service levels are maintained.
Adhere to schedules and workflow within the support team.

Job Requirements :

Bachelors degree from a reputed university, with 1 years of progressive industry experience
1 years of experience as a technical support representative at a BPO or a call center company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong experience with handling inbound and outbound voice calls, especially to US.
Ability to manage multiple projects while handling ad hoc projects/issues.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to enthusiastically work within constantly changing priorities.
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Ability and willingness to work in night shift.
