Field Service Management

Information collected through the Xora application can be transferred electronically to Field Service Management applications such as ESC and others. When jobs are scheduled from within these Field Service Management applications, they are dispatched to the appropriate worker's mobile phone through the Xora system. The mobile worker can then update the job and that information is then sent back through Xora to the Field Service Management application, providing real-time job updates to the supervisor or dispatcher.

ESC by dESCO
ESC or Electronic Service Control is a popular Field Service Management application offered by dESCO, a company that has been in business for over 25 years. The ESC application provides comprehensive service call and technician scheduling, service contract management, inventory and equipment tracking. It also integrates nicely with both QuickBooks and Peachtree for accounting.

• Jobs are scheduled and dispatched through ESC
• Dispatched jobs are seamlessly sent to the appropriate mobile phone via Xora
• Updated job information is sent back to ESC via Xora for real-time job status
• Job and payroll data within ESC can be sent into QuickBooks or Peachtree for accounting purposes
