Integrate Xora with other back-office sofware

Xora can integrate location, timecard and job information with many common software packages. Use either "out-of-the-box" connectors developed by one of our partners, or via standards integration methods such as web services, ODBC or flat-file data exchange. Time and Payroll


Accurately keeping track of time for office workers is simple. Doing the same for mobile workers can be a challenge. Mobile workers often wait until the end of the day, or even the end of the week to fill in their paper timesheets, so errors are common. Then plenty of time is wasted collecting and entering this information into a payroll or timekeeping application. With Xora, the phone becomes a tamper-proof time clock, and all the information can be electronically transferred to other systems or services.


QuickBooks Accounting

Information collected in the field using mobile phones through the Xora application can be transferred electronically to QuickBooks and other accounting packages. The data from Xora is used within the accounting package for payroll and customer invoicing.


Field Service Management

Information collected through the Xora application can be transferred electronically to Field Service Management applications such as ESC, QXpress and others. When jobs are scheduled from within these Field Service Management applications, they are dispatched to the appropriate worker's mobile phone through the Xora system. The mobile worker can then update the job and that information is then sent back through Xora to the Field Service Management application, providing real-time job updates to the supervisor or dispatcher.
