"Xora GPS TimeTrack will help us reduce overtime expenses by more than $140,000 this year. Even after we take into account the cost of the Nextel phones and Xora service, we will still save well over $100,000. I can't say that about any other product or service I am using."

Time and Payroll

Keeping accurate payroll records for office workers is simple; doing the same for mobile workers can be a challenge. Mobile workers often wait until the end of the day or week to fill in their paper timesheets, so errors are common. Then, the records must be collected and entered into a payroll or timekeeping application.

With Xora, gathering pay hours is simple. Workers' phones become tamper-proof time clocks, and the information gathered can be transferred electronically into other applications.

ADP®
Through a partnership with ADP, companies using Xora can collect tamper-proof time and job data on their mobile phones and the information is seamlessly transferred into one of three supported ADP Time and Labor Management Systems - which electronically tie into ADP payroll services.

  • Employee time and job information is electronically captured by Xora and sent to an ADP Time and Labor Managment application (TLM)
  • Supported systems include ezLabor Manager, Enterprise eTime and eTime 1000
  • Once the time and job information is sent to the ADP TLM application, it can tie into an ADP payroll service
  • Solution allows for fully electronic and automated payroll, from punch to paycheck

Custom Integration
Time and job information from the Xora system can be electronically transferred into most timekeeping systems or databases using one of the following methods:

  • Web services
  • ODBC
  • Flat file
