Inside Sales Representative

Location: Mountain View, CA
Position Type: Full -Time
Experience: 3-5 years


We rely on our Sales Team to provide the competitive edge in a highly competitive market.

We deliver the industry standard location-based mobile workforce management solutions that allow our customers to realize improved productivity, reduce the cost of field operations and provide world-class customer service.

This position will work with Xora's channel partners to make new customer acquisitions in the small/medium business space utilizing phone-based selling techniques. This position is responsible for supporting Xora’s sales channels through the entire sales cycle including develop and qualify leads, generating interest, demonstrate product value and close the sale.


Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to partner sales reps and resellers to introduce them to Xora and provide product training.
  • Promote Xora's solutions utilizing aggressive, high volume phone-based selling.
  • Research companies, follow up on leads, track opportunities, and aggressively cold call to continually feed sales pipeline with qualified leads.
  • Deliver product demonstrations via web-based meeting software.
  • Provide prompt, courteous and professional response to customer/prospect service-related questions.

Related Experience/Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales quota achievements and an appetite for phone-based selling of technology solutions.

  • Enjoy interacting with customers and partners over the phone.

  • Excellent phone-based communication skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish relationships, generate enthusiasm, demonstrate product value and close sales opportunities via phone-based conversations.
  • A goal-oriented self starter, very flexible with a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to make the sales successful.
