Xora is a global leader in the rapidly expanding Mobile Resource Management (MRM) market. The company's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model makes it simple and cost-effective for businesses of all sizes to leverage Xora's powerful location-based service (LBS) applications. These applications leverage the power of today's GPS-enabled mobile phones to enable businesses to track the locaiton and activities of their mobile workforces. We seek an exceptional, dedicated and highly motivated Product Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product marketing activity throughout the service lifecycle. By speaking with customers, conducting targeted research and working closely with our Product Management group, this individual will both drive the shape of future products and help to develop an industry-leading set of sales and marketing tools aimed at our existing sales channels and prospects.

This position reports to the Director of Product and Channel Marketing and this individual will perform the following functions:

Drive and coordinate product launch activity
Develop product positioning and messaging.
Perform research into market requirements and, as necessary, prepare marketing requirements documents.
Prioritize requirements through market and customer research.
Create marketing communications materials such as product specification sheets, channel and customer sales presentations and more.
Perform competitive analysis for new and existing products.

Competencies and Skills Required:

Excellent team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must work well in fast paced environment
Top-notch writing skills
Proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Bachelor degree in business or related field
