Regional Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and successful Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the Northwest region of the US. Drive, intelligence, and motivation are key to being successful!!!

Xora Inc. is a Silicon Valley based venture funded global software company experiencing rapid growth. We deliver industry standard location-based mobile workforce management solutions that allow our customers to realize improved productivity, reduce the cost of field operations and provide world-class customer service.

Your primary objective is to lead the Xora sales team in expanding our business in the North West region of the US. Additional responsibilities include developing a close relationship with Sprint’s sales organizations in your territory, putting together and managing lead generation initiatives for your region. Relationship management skills are an essential requirement in this role as you will be required to work closely alongside our wireless carrier partner Sprint.


The ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience (preferably in wireless data).
  • Experience managing a channel sales team is a prerequisite. A consistent track record of meeting sales targets by coaching and driving results through a field sales team.
  • A demonstrated capability and willingness to be the primary salesperson in parts of your territory in addition to managing the sales team
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations and organizational skills.
  • Strict attention to detail, in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience working with GPS products a plus.
