Job Description:

As a Customer Support Account Representative you will be responsible for a specific list of customer. Your primary task will be to help customers implement our software and integrate it into their daily business activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and building a relationship with the customer after the sale has been made
  • Understand and document customers work flows
  • Provide extensive training on the use of our application
  • Create and implement project plans specific to the customer’s deployment
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support
  • Interface with 3rd party technology support partners
  • Recognize opportunities for additional ROIs that the customer can take advantage with our software

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Graduate with a BE / B Sc, B Com or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years experience providing technical support or business support to customers in the U.S.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills in English
  • Ability to understand our customers business and their work flows and be able to make recommendations on how they can automate some of those work flows with our application
  • Proven project management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office – Excel and Word
  • Strong customer relationship building skills
  • Experience with supporting GPS, cellular and data communications technologies

Qualifications and Skills Desired:

  • Experience with J2ME or WindowsMobile is a great plus
  • Experience with database development, SQL is a great plus
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task
