Job Description:

As we continue to get closer to true world class support levels, we have create a new group within our Customer Support organization. The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Representative is to provide post-sales product support to our strategic customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and develop a solid relationship with customers
  • Dig down to understand customers’ businesses and ways that they can use our service

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Ability to understand, learn and implement support processes
  • Good communications skills, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Solid customer service skills (technical skills an advantage)
  • High level of energy
  • Minimum of one year experience in international call center
  • Strong problem solving skills would be an added advantage
  • A burning desire to be part of the best support organization in the world!
