Customer Support Representative

Job Description:
As we continue to get closer to true world class support levels, we have create a new group within our Customer Support organization. The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Representative is to provide post-sales product support to our strategic customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and develop a solid relationship with customers
- Dig down to understand customers’ businesses and ways that they can use our service
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Ability to understand, learn and implement support processes
- Good communications skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Solid customer service skills (technical skills an advantage)
- High level of energy
- Minimum of one year experience in international call center
- Strong problem solving skills would be an added advantage
- A burning desire to be part of the best support organization in the world!
