Bonaparte will offer insights on how smartphones and data collected in the field help companies make decisions that improve productivity and customer service

Bonaparte will speak on Wednesday, November 16th from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in a session on how mobile technology delivers new context and capabilities to applications and collaboration.
